We do not have a dedicated OIA team but Official Information Act requests
are managed by our Executive Complaints and Legal teams.
2. Please identify the staff name(s) of the "OIA Officer". The Office of
the Ombudsman's guide says there is no grounds to withhold the names and
contact details of public sector employees.
Please be advised we are withholding the names on privacy grounds in
accordance with section 9 (2)(a). You have the right to complaint to the
Ombudsman under section 28(3) of the Official Information Act over our
decision to withhold this information.
