From: Mr A W J Falloon

Dear Oia Officer,

Thank you for your response, to clarify I am not seeking info on Long Service Leave. My query is referring to bonuses paid to staff as they reach employment milestones such as 10,15, 20 years etc by NZ post or MECA/Union agreements. If this is not a practice of NZ Post then i am happy to close the request.

Yours sincerely,

Mr A W J Falloon

To Mr Falloon,

I am responding to your Official Information Act request of 30 June 2023. You clarified that your request was in relation to bonuses paid to staff as they reach employment milestones. NZ Post does not pay bonuses to staff as they reach employment milestones so your request is refused under section 18(e) of the Act as the information requested does not exist.

Under section 28(3) of the OIA you have the right to complain to the Ombudsman about our decision to refuse the request.

Kind regards

OIA Officer

NZ Post
