From: Barry Murphy

Dear Kainga Ora Correspondence,

I reject your claim that our questions are frivolous or vexatious.

As you will see from complaint just submitted to the Ombudsman and cc'd to Mark Fraser, we have questioned the same topic regarding parking since 25th July 2023; with multiple responses providing the same result. Either being told 2 parking spaces would be provided per lot (as per the district plan) and that parking on street is shown in the master plan.

As per the evidence I provided in the complaint; Kainga Ora were fully aware that they were not going to comply with the minimum 2 parking spaces, as per the concept drawings from Kainga Ora.

We continue to ask similar questions, providing more details; yet continued to get the same answer that we were to look at masterplans on your website; evading the question and resulting in us asking again and again and you providing yourself another 20 days each time.

The reason we are asking for all the OIA submissions, is to ascertain how many other OIA's you have answered incorrectly.

Yours sincerely,

Barry Murphy
