Mayoral expenses

Dear Selwyn District Council,

Please provide copies of all Mayoral expenses since he/she was elected (for their entire tenure if they were re-elected). Happy to receive only the last seven years if he/she has been in office for longer.

This information should be readily available so should not need to be created, nor should it be difficult to extract. This should also not come at an expense as the public interest test should be applied.

Costs should include, but not be limited to travel and accommodation costs, vehicle / fuel / EV costs etc, hospitality / entertainment, gifts, public relations, advertising etc. This must include amounts charged to existing accounts, not just expenditure claimed back from him/him in the form of claims. This will include the reasons for spending public money.
