Dear Selwyn District Council,

From the reports in the media regarding discussions for a Southern Super-City, between the Christchurch City Council and neighbouring districts, I am requesting the following:

a. Between Selwyn District Council et al and Christchurch City Council et al; all material, correspondence, emails, letters, meeting notes, presentations, for and over the discussions concerning the same, and

b. Any correspondence, announcement, declaration, request for involvement and or feedback with the residents and ratepayers of Selwyn,
