I’d like request for the CCTV footage on 11/09/2023 in between 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Location: Davenport ferry station, camera installed at the pergola covered bike parking on the wharf.

Reason: bike and accessories been stolen.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

The stolen bike is a 2023 Model - Trek (maker) - Marlin 8 Gen 3 (model) - Matt black

The accessory is the helmet: Fox (maker) - speedframe pro (model) - Matt black

Both item were locked to the bike rack which ferry station provided on the wharf.

On 14/09/2023 you asked for CCTV footage. 

 

I'm sorry to hear of the incident. The Auckland Transport Operations
Centre have downloaded the camera footage. Whilst we cannot guarantee the
footage contains the information you seek, it has nonetheless been saved.
However, Auckland Transport does not supply CCTV footage directly to
members of the public due to reasons of privacy. Available footage of a
specific incident or alleged crime will only be released to the New
Zealand Police, upon receipt of a request from them. 

 

Please advise the New Zealand Police about the available footage relating
to reference number CAS-788518-V6T2C4, and to Auckland Transport directly
to arrange pick-up of the relevant footage.

 

Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately,
you are able to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in
accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA Act and seek an investigation
and review in regard to this matter.
