Good afternoon Justin,

Thank you for your request for information on the Fendalton Bridge repair project. The following response has been provided by the CCC's Transport & City Streets Unit:

As requested in your Official Information Request of 13 January 2015, please find attached a copy of the Traffic Management Plan for the Fendalton Bridge Repair project.

Traffic volumes from count surveys are available on the CCC website through this link: http://www.ccc.govt.nz/cityleisure/proje...

The Location to choose for typical Intersection Count data per hour is "Deans/Fendalton/Harper/Hagley Cycleway".

The Street names to choose for typical Link count data per day are "Fendalton", "Harper" or "Deans".

Modal split information through the intersection is shown in the Intersection Count data. These indicate the numbers of Light vehicles (cars), Heavy vehicles (trucks), and Cycles per hour for each movement.

Our TMP system contains records back to February 2011. There were 7 TMPs at this intersection during this period, with 11 revisions between them (19 submissions in total). The number of submissions approved was 12, and the number declined was 3 (15 decisions made by CCC/CTOC in total). The number of decisions does not match the number of submissions because additional revisions were submitted by contractors for some TMPs prior to acceptance / decline of a previous revision.

I hope this assists.

Yours sincerely,

David
