Dear Far North District Council,
I request a copy of the mandatory five million dollar public liability insurance policy specified in the application to occupy a portion of the road dated 24 August 2013 and stamped by FNDC on 28 August 2013.
This request is URGENT because the previous requests, such as the one at the link below, have been ignored, and the information is already well overdue.
A complaint will also be made to the Office of the Ombudsmen.
