Communication with Ngati Kuta mandated hapu authority

Te Ringa Mangu made this Official Information request to Far North District Council

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Far North District Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Te Ringa Mangu

Dear Far North District Council,

I request all correspondence between Council and representatives of Ngati Kuta since 2011, when the mandated hapu authority was removed from the Charities Register because it failed to file Annual Returns as required by section 42 of the Charities Act.

This request is urgent, due to the evidence of ongoing corruption involving hapu representation and FNDC.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Te Ringa Mangu
