The request for all information regarding Mr Bachelor and his property at 147 Rawhiti Road is overdue. It is recorded on this site under your reference RFS 3936750. Please provide this information without delay, via this site. If you are unable to provide the information via this site so we can all read it, please provide reasons for that, and send it to [email address] as per your earlier responses seeking an email address.

In particular, I request all information regarding the mandatory $6,000,000 public liability insurance which Mr Batchelor was required to ensure compliance with.

It was brought to your attention some time ago that Mr Bachelor has not only failed to obtain this mandatory insurance, but that he has been dishonest in attempting to conceal this failure. This information is at the following link.

I request all information regarding any action you have taken to ensure that Mr Bachelor secures public liability insurance. If you have taken no such action, I require you to state the reasons why you have apparently decided to grant him this exemption and why anyone else should pay mandatory public liability insurance if he doesn't have to.
