identity, within Fire and Emergency.  We will contact you to discuss your
concerns and how they will affect our approach to processing your request.

We will also contact you if:

·         we require further information to clarify, or to enable us to
process, your request;

·         we need to tell a third party who you are, in order to consult
on your request or information that relates to it.

To ensure we are collating the correct information for you can you please confirm the following things?

1. What date do you want us to report from i.e. today's date?
2. Would you like all current firefighters who are not currently on secondment to non-operational roles, or do we include those firefighters who are on secondment to non-operational roles?
