You were investigating a complaint against a Wanganui Policeman who could not be bothered to take away my enormous evidence I have against my ex vindictive narcissist husband's malicious behavior towards me for over 25 years and longer than that I suffered for 46 years of my life because of his behavior. Thar's over half my life time. No one can give me back those years.
The policeman lied and said there was no evidence and could not be bothered to take away my enormous evidence I have gathered since September last year.
The policeman inferred I was a silly old woman.
The policeman lied and I have proof of that and he refused to investigate my complaint. Despite me having a letter from the Solicitor General who advised me to lodge a complaint with the police. She said that for historic crimes the police need to obtain her consent.
On the 13th February 2023 I received an email stating that you would reply to me if they felt they should if it warranted a reply. This is not good enough they should have had the decency to advise what they were doing about it or if they had closed the complaint.
On the 13th Aoril 2023 I sent an email to IPCA with the header URGENT REPLY and the case number.
The policeman did not honor the oath he took, lacks integrity and is not ethical.
I stated I don't think this is fair. I(That they did not respond) I need to know if this complaint is still live, or you have closed so I am now planning my next strategy. I have received no reply, so my next strategy is well on the way.
From my treatment from 3 different police stations, it has become very clear thar domestic abuse is condoned by the police.

Since I lodged this reply I have discovered that Henry Bennett Mental Health Centre in Hamilton had me stalked me while I was living in Raglan.
I have a document I discovered last week which states what private information they have gathered about me. This is a breach of my privacy; they have no right to follow me and document things I do in my private life.
I have lodged a stalking complaint with Health & Disability. No point in going to the CORRUPT POLICE BECAUSE AS USUAL THEY WILL DO NOTHING. When I lodged a complaint to Kevin Holmes Raglan police in 2001, he told me it WAS AGAINST MY HUSBANDS RIGHTS TO LODGE THIS COMPLAINT, SO ACCORING TO HIM A VICTIM HAS NO RIGHTS, I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS.
That was his despicable attitude towards me, he was probably bribed as mentioned later in this document.
I can't supply a copy at present because I was so upset about it when I found it, I wrote all over the document, so I have requested another copy.
If you want to know how much this stalking and abuse has affected me over the years, I suggest you contact Family Works domestic Violence co- Ordinator May to ask how to upset I was last Tuesday the 29th August 2023 the day after I found out about the stalking in Hamilton.
I cannot believe that the police will not investigate considering the enormous evidence I have with my mental health files and other information I have gathered.
I even have an email dated last year from my employer in 1991 where he states that my husband used to ring him and say not nice things about me and that he was very intense when he spoke to him. Peter my employer did not know why this was happening.
I now know that my husband contacted all my employers from at least 1976 to coerce them into abusing me because of the way I was treated all years. It was so bad in the 1980's I hung a notice on my wall ASSUME NOTHING. I used to wonder how they knew so much about me when I had told them nothing, I now know that this is what my husband was doing to me all these years.
'I would not be at all surprised that the reason no one will help me which includes 3 mental health Units is because they have been bribed to help my ex-husband avoid prosecution.
I was told by a psychiatrist on the phone many years ago that if the abuse was as bad as I said it was there had to be a financier.
The financier exposed himself within 2 hours of that phone call, he was Tom Robinson our tenant in our rental unit in front of our home. He showed me his bank account with $800,000 in it so my husband had an enormous amount of money to bribe people.
I know my phone was bugged because everything I did inside my home on the phone, fax or computer was used as abuse against me. This was not the first time our phone was bugged.
I worked extremely hard for 30 years in a competitive environment, the last 10 years I was earning more than the average male, so I am not the SILLY OLD WOMAN that Darren Barrow from Wanganui police inferred I was and that my serious medical problems were because of my age this is not so they were caused by gross medical negligence by mental health units. But Darren did not want to know this he refused to take away my enormous evidence I have because he could not be bothered to investigate.
I not only lost my home because of the abuse I lost my retirement fund which is now valued at $1.7 million dollars. This is something the corrupt police will not look at.
I am going to go public about this and no one will know about it until I have actioned this.

No one wants to help me so I have to EXPOSE THE DESPICABLE PEOPLE IN MY LIFE INCLUDING THOSE WHO WILL NOT HELP ME. Because my ex-husband is a vindictive narcissist. Look that up on the internet for an explanation.
There is other information I can disclose but will not which include gross negligent medical treatment I have received over the years, and I have lodged complaints regarding these serious health problems I now face because of the abuse.
