Can I make public the name of a police officer who lied & refused to peruse my evidence when I lodged a complain

Dear New Zealand Police,
Some time ago I lodged a serious complaint with the police and had plenty of evidence to support my complaint including some legal documments.
The police officer lied and said he did not want to look at my huge bag of evidence and that there was no crime.
I asked him to email me with this information.
He responded by email and said he was not going to investigate but did not give the reason why.
I replied to his email and asked for the reason why.
He replied there was no evidence of a crime, no supporting evidence nor any independant witnesses.
This police officer broke the code of conduct, lacked integrity, did not honour the oath they swear to when being sworn in. His response was illegal and highly unethical.
This email proves that he lied because I have all the evidence supporting my complaint including legal documents.
I would like to have my story published in a newspaper and the NZ public made aware of a police officer like this one.
Can I use his name publicly including the police station he was from when a newspaper publishes my story as I have the proof in the form of an email to prove that he did in fact lie

Police will not prevent you taking your complaint to the media, or sharing the officer in question's name with the media. However, if you have a complaint about the actions of Police staff, we recommend you lodge an expression of dissatisfaction, so that Police can look into this matter for you. You can also make a complaint to the Independent Police Conduct Authority (IPCA). The IPCA oversees complaints about the Police.
