Please provide the Police report made by Mr/Constable Darren Cranfield 3 years after Mr Lewis Verduyn died regarding information about the case and situation.

I realize that the Police have not contacted me via email to provide this information to me. I have to have it done through this site and files emailed to me because the Police are not trustworthy in New Zealand and they have destroyed evidence of mine in the past without conscience.

Please have someone at the Police email me and not Mr Chris Kelley who appears to be a very questionable and unethical person who was once the Police Commissioner in the Pacific and was kicked out by the Pacific people who stated they could not trust him.

Dear Information Requests,

Please provide me the email address of where to send my record request information to. Also the options of IDs. I will need to block out information on any of my foreign ID that is confidiential from the New Zealad Police. Due to the New Zealand Police being non-trustworthy after creating false evidence, destroying my evidence and bullying and mobbing me as well as acts of deception, misconduct, corruption and misogyny, which includes the Inquest Officer involved, I am not able to provide a current picture of myself to the New Zealnad Police holding my ID due to profiliing, targetting and safety concerns due to myself being at further risk by significant Police misconduct. This is due to their involvement with others in this case. Nothing can be ensured to be private or confidential but only 'window displayed' to be.

You see the Police have formed a cartel-like secret society operattion with law firms, newspapers, journalists and mayors/former mayors involved and with others who work under the Ministry of Justice, including coroners/judges as well as hospitals and medical facilties, to obtain a certain amount of money or property of someone else's for self benefit.

Due to these facts, I am only able to provide my past New Zealand student ID and also my New Zealand Driver's license or my Passport. I am not able to hold any ID and provide a picture of myself with it because I am at risk due to the high level of systemic corruption being allowed in New Zealand which has taken place in my case, under King Charles III and Ms Jacinda Ardern and Mr Winston Peters who is still in office. Even Mr David Parker, the current Attoney General, is involved in my case and so was Ms Jaoinda Ardern who is close friends with one of the trustees in this case who was doing questionable acts and has a history of drug dealing from the Riverton area over many years.

I am also a foreign national and due to the high level of cultural racism against others in New Zealand by Kiwi/Maori and Pakeha who do not like other people living in their country for the most part, I am not treated fairly.

I am not safe in New Zealand due to the Police and their assocations and agents involved in this case. The FBI is famliar with the main law firm who is directly invovled in this case with the New Zealand Police who appear to act as allies for one another.

Please let me know of my ID options and I hope this explains.

Dear Ministey of Justice,

As I stated before, I do not consent to give a picture of myself to the police or the Ministry of Justice, because this is unreasonable and they are not trustworthy with how they use information. There is also no protection, or guarantee of what they will do with my picture. This is a fact. There is no surveillance. There are no cameras worn by police. They can put my picture on the Internet. They can sell it. There is no regulations in New Zealand. There is only a misconception to have good faith in the policing and legal system which is not reasonable, nor scientific. Not everyone operates on good faith, which is blind faith.

I will not be holding any ID of mine and giving a picture of myself to you. Will you be giving me a current picture of the Civil Servants who will ne processing my ID and OIA request? I do not believe you will be nor giving me CCTV footage or even their names, but you expect me to give unreasonably a current picture of myself holding my ID. You want me to undermine my experience of the New Zealand police, and to pretend that they have done no harm and no negligence to me, and that they are perfect human beings who will not do anything to deliberately harm me, which is completely unreasonable and also unrealistic. Therefore, I require you to provide to me other alternativex in which I can get the OIA record I requested fulfilled without further delays and without me being required to place myself in a vulnerable position or for you to impose upon me your good faith bias or beiefs because they are not scientific nor analytical.

i will provide a real example. The police already leaked out information in the case I am involved in and Mr/Sergeant Kim Chirnside made a false affidavit to the court without ever signing it which is not legal for him to do. To top matters off, your Crown Prosecutor PR Law accepted his affidavit unsigned ny him, which was not legal by any means, and you expect me to trust that a current picture of myself will not be circulated to anyone who is associated with the police nor used to target me or undermine me in any way when your police have a cartel-like organization operating today even with the Crown Prosecuter who appears to be just as deceitful as they are, if not more.

I am unable to control what is viewed or perceived as normal in New Zealand but I can assure you it's not considered normal or reasonable in other Western jurisdictions with potentially more developed standards and security than New Zealand.

As I said, before, I will not be providing a picture of myself, holding any ID to the police or anyone associated to them. I require you to provide to me other alternative options rather than a current picture of myself. At this point, I need to start charging the Ministry of Justice for my time because this is taking too long. I also never received any direct email from anyone giving any email to me.
