Dear Christchurch City Council,
Trading and Events in Public Places Policy 2018, s6.3 "Mobile or travelling shops and mobile food stalls", states that "Permanent mobile food stall sites are listed in a register on the Council website.". Please provide a link to the register (I was unable to locate it).
The same section also states "The allocated sites for permanent mobile food stall locations are tendered on the expiry of a licence.". Please advise:
a. the last date of the tender; and
b. total amount of money (if any) received from the last tender; and
c. the next date of the tender.

I refer to your request for information on mobile food stalls.
A resposne to your queries is below:
Trading and Events in Public Places Policy 2018, s6.3 "Mobile or
travelling shops and mobile food stalls", states that "Permanent mobile
food stall sites are listed in a register on the Council website.". Please
provide a link to the register (I was unable to locate it). Please see
the list attached. Staff are unsure why this is not provided on the
website so will look into getting it uploaded.
The same section also states "The allocated sites for permanent mobile
food stall locations are tendered on the expiry of a licence.". Please
advise:
* a. the last date of the tender; and Registrations of Interest closed
16 May 2018
* b. total amount of money (if any) received from the last tender; Total
revenue received 1 July 2018 to 31 March 2023 - $279,344.53 including
GST.
* and c. the next date of the tender. This is tentatively scheduled for
June/July 2023
