Dear Cody,

 

Thank you for your email, received on 26 July 2022. You requested the
following information, under the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA):

 

“ How is the Wigram area flooded given that there are four large basins
nearby?”.

 

I have followed up with staff regarding your request, and they have
provided the following response: 

 

Council is aware of some street flooding issues in the Wigram area that
need to be addressed and is investigating the cause of this and how the
basins in that area may relate to this.

 

 

You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review our
decision. Complaints can be sent by email to

City Council website a month after they have been responded to, with
