Please supply the "investigators project plan" that should have been completed in the month of November 2022, as originally referenced in the document titled "Appointment of investigator under section 24A of the Resource Management Act 1991 to look into Christchurch City Council’s non-notification of an intensification planning instrument".
Further, has Council made any provision for, or incurred to date, any costs arising from the Minister's investigation?
