Stump grinding – Treetech included as per above

Building demolition – Taggart Earthmoving PO 4500470030 $419,371.20

Rubbish Removal – Taggart Earthmoving PO 4500470030 $50,735.75

Earth (Soil) Contamination Reporting & Investigation – Engeo Ltd PO
4500474280 $10,619.00

Asbestos Survey of Building - Engeo Ltd PO 4500467085 $1,215.00

Staff Costs to manage project etc - $61,690.00

Total cost $602,632.45

All costs excl GST
