Kia ora Jaideep,

Thank you for your query regarding the citizenship ceremonies for 2023.

Please be advised we do not have set dates for citizenship for 2023 (or
any year for that matter).  We discuss dates with the Department of
Internal affairs and generally set dates for the next quarter.  So far for
this year we have citizenship ceremonies set for:

6 February

16 February

21 March

The Department of Internal Affairs has the responsibility of allocating
candidates who are approved and waiting to ceremonies.

You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review our
decision. Complaints can be sent by email to
[2][email address].

Kind regards

Ella Sullivan
