Auckland Transport (AT) acknowledges receipt of your request for official

intersection of Maioro Street and the onramp to State Highway 20,
travelling south, on the 29^th of March 2023 at approximately 5:58pm.

We hope to respond to your request as soon as possible, but not later than

Maioro Street onramp

Dear Auckland Transport,

I got into an accident on Wednesday 29/03/2023 at approx 5:58 pm on Maioro Street Onramp intersection going south.
Where a grey holden Commodore crashed into Black Honda accord while changing lanes but now the other person is changing stories and not taking any liability
So could we please request a footage of that time as a proof of incident

We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for

On 1/04/2023 you asked for CCTV footage for 29 March at about 1758 hours
at the intersection of Maioro St and the and the onramp to State Highway
16.  Unfortunately there is no footage available for your request as the
footage has been overwritten. Your request is therefore declined under
persuant to Section 17 (e) of the LGOIMA.

 

We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
