Dear Auckland Transport,

I am requesting CCTV footage of crossing a traffic light on the Conner of Cook St and Nelson St CBD, which is heading to Auckland Downtown on Nelson St at around 20:45 31–May-2024, the car is black Nissan X-Trail (KHH305). I may involved in a wrong ticket from police officer, which shows to me that I am failed to comply with Red traffic signal.

Auckland Transport (AT) acknowledges receipt of your request for official
information dated 28 June 2024 for CCTV footage on 31 May 2024 at the
intersection of Cook Street and Nelson Street, Auckland CBD at
approximately 8:45PM.

On 28/06/2024 you asked for CCTV footage for 31 May 2024 at the
intersection of Cook Street and Nelson Street, Auckland CBD at
approximately 8:45PM.  Unfortunately there is no footage available for
your request as all available footage has been overwritten.  This
typically occurs 5-7 days from the date requested.  Your request is
therefore declined under section 17 (e) of the LGOIMA as the footage does
not exist.
