My name is Samira, LGOIMA Business Partner at Auckland Transport,
responsible for looking into your CCTV request.

On 7 October 2022, you requested CCTV footage at the intersection of Hall
Avenue and Station Road Otahuhu between 4:50pm and 5pm (14 July 2022). 
 
Unfortunately, we have no footage available relating to your request as
the footage has been overwritten.  We only hold footage for up to seven
days. Footage from 14 July 2022 had already been overwritten at the time
of your request (7 October 2022).

Therefore, your request is refused under section 17(e) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the
footage requested does not exist. 
 
We are sorry to hear about the incident and understand this is not the
outcome you had hoped for.
