National Defence Strategy for Weather Warfare

Under the Official Information Act 1982, I respectfully request the following information:

National Defense Strategy Documents:

Please provide any current or past strategy documents, policies, or guidelines held by the New Zealand Defence Force relating to environmental modification techniques and weather warfare. This includes, but is not limited to, any mention of research, planning, operational use, or international cooperation in these areas.

Any assessments, risk analyses, or internal reports regarding the potential use, defense against, or implications of environmental modification and weather warfare as part of New Zealand’s national security or defense strategy.

Information on New Zealand’s commitments, obligations, or positions regarding international treaties or agreements relating to environmental modification techniques and weather warfare (e.g., the Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD)).

Any and all internal memo / notes on weather manipulation and recent events in New Zealand

We are currently under attack and if the NZ Defence Force does not have a strategy or any information associated then we can only assume you are complicit or incompetent and the citizens of New Zealand should not be paying taxes to fund the defense force that is not "Defending" kiwis.

Given it appears your planes and likely part of it I expect that the "Defence Force" will not be aware of or have any information. So in advance of the refusal to respond we need to discuss if NZDF should be disestablished.

Our growers and farmers need to be compensated and there should be a rates / tax embargo while there livelihoods are destroyed and this practice is stopped.

If you don't have any information or are not aware of what is going - I would be happy to assist your team in identifying some of the locations that appear to be doing this.
