Geoengineering Contracts in New Zealand or Outsourced to NGO's
Chris McCashin made this Official Information request to James Shaw
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Chris McCashin to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Chris McCashin
Dear James Shaw,
This Official Information Act request will require collaboration with a number of agencies, there might be further agencies involved as you as Minister of Climate Change will be aware as to where to look. So please liaise with any and all agencies required to provide the information.
Please provide the following
- Dates Geoengineering Program (s) started in New Zealand
- Agency (s) Responsible - NIWA, Defence, MFE, Climate Change Commission, EPA, Institute of Environmental Science & Research, MBIE - it could be one or more of these agencies, and who knows maybe others hold information. It could also be that NGO's such as the Royal Society of NZ manage contracts on behalf of government so please provide the transparency required
- Number of Contract(s) currently in place if this work is being outsourced, or alternatively are Defense planes doing the work
- Value of the Contract(s)
- Suppliers completing the work
- Dates of Contracts
- Statutory Authority by which this work is completed
- Ethical Assessment(s) to complete the work
- Health Impact Assessment to include impact on lack of sun for New Zealanders
- Policy Statements and Public Announcements that came out when the work began
And I would appreciate this information in full, our atmosphere / skies are significantly degraded with the high aerosol environment that we are currently living under and I regularly see planes doing this.
Additional to this can you also liaise with Defense on the following
- Is HAARP technology being used by anyone in New Zealand
- National Security Assessment relating to HAARP, 5G and other DEWS (directed energy weapons)
Yours faithfully,
Chris

Dear J Shaw (MIN),
As per my official information act request I let you know all the agencies to consult with. I understand NIWA were discussing these methods to “combat” climate change years ago and it has been confirmed that these practices are going on in NZ. Can you please do a formal transfer request to all of the agencies I mentioned in my request and ask for an update as Minister of Climate change so you can answer these questions adequately going forward.
Yours sincerely,
Chris McCashin
