Official information request for the “investigators project plan” 
 
I refer to your official information request dated 7 January 2023 for the "investigators 
project plan”. 
We have transferred part of your request to the Ministry for the Environment. The 
information to which your request relates, namely, the plan itself, is not held by us but is 
believed to be held by the Ministry for the Environment as they engaged the investigator. In 
these circumstances, we are required by section 12 of the LGOIMA to transfer your request. 
You will hear further from the Ministry for the Environment concerning that part of your 
request.  
 
In regards to your second query:  
Further, has Council made any provision for, or incurred to date, any costs arising from the 
Minister's investigation? 
I can confirm the Council has not provisioned direct costs associated with the Investigator as 
the Ministry for the Environment has engaged him.
