Wastewater Joint Venture - Wellington City Council

Brian Warburton made this Official Information request to Porirua City Council

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Brian Warburton to read a recent response and update the status.

From: Brian Warburton

Dear Porirua City Council,

At the 'Extraordinary' meeting of the Council on 5 August 2021 the Council
was presented with a report by staff that referred to a "wastewater joint
venture with Wellington City Council.".

The report also referred to the cost of the proposed 'Central City
Wastewater Retention Tank', and that $42.9M has been set aside for the
CCWWRT in the PCC's 2021 - 2051 Long Term Plan.

I request the following information: all the information required for a member of the public or rate payers to know:
- what the budgeted cost of the CCWWRT project is;
- whether WCC will be meeting part of the cost of the project;
- if WCC will be meeting part of the cost of that project what that
proportion will be; and,
- if WCC will be meeting part of the cost of that project how will the
cost be apportioned between WCC and PCC, or will it be a 'joint venture'
with Wellington Water Limited dealing with the financial and contractual
side of things.

Yours faithfully,

Brian Warburton

My dearest one,
My Name is Lilian Williams, 22 years old girl. I wish to inquire about
your services to be my foreign partner / investor and support me to
transfer and manage my inherited funds by investing in profit making
ventures like buying of company shares or Real Estate Trust Fund in your
country.  I have a reasonable sum that I inherited from my father Mr. Fedy
Williams, which I would like you to help me invest in your country.
Below is the major reason I am contacting you.
(1) To provide a new empty bank account in which this money would be
transferred. if you don't want us to use your personal account.
(2) To serve as a guardian of this fund since the bank insisted that their
agreement with my father was that I provide a foreign partner before
releasing the fund.
(3) To make arrangements for me to come over to your country to further
my education and to secure a resident permit in your country.
Please reply to me as soon as you read this message and documents so that
I will know how to proceed.
Thanks yours kindest,
Miss Lilian Williams.
