- a list of all wastewater water treatment and network assets located
within Porirua City Council that are the subject of the Deed Relating to
Joint Wastewater Works between Porirua City Council and Wellington City
Council dated 27 February 2008.

This will comprise all those assets that are subject to Schedule 1 of that
Joint Venture Deed.
