    Dear Moana Wyatt,
Thank you for the prompt response to my request. As a consequence of the response I have further requests for information:
1. Is it a concern to the council that it (as landowner and also potentially as a consent authority under the RMA) was not advised about the work by WWL.
2. If the answer to #1 is no, why not.
3. Given that the land in question is being managed as reserve, should the ´Parks’ group of council, being the land owner/asset manager, have been approached for its approval.
4. If the answer to #3 is no, why not.
Yours sincerely,
Brian Warburton
