Budgeted costs for State Highway monitoring

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

Can you provide an annual summary for the past 3 years for the amount spent by NZTA for the real time monitoring of the state highway network and communication with road users. Ideally collated by territorial local authority.

The non-exhaustive definition of real time road monitoring and communication I am using is, such technologies and staffing costs that NZTA use to;
* have a visual real time view of the roadway (eg. CCTV)
* non contact sensors (inductive ground loops)
* active signage (variable speed signs, driver information signage)
* staffing costs to maintain and operate these systems.
