CRM Secondment, Canterbury District & 'Pink Shirt' day expense
A Whittle made this Official Information request to Fire and Emergency New Zealand
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Fire and Emergency New Zealand should have responded by now (details and exceptions). You can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: A Whittle
Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,
A number of FENZ personnel were provided with pink t-shirts supplied by FENZ for 'pink shirt' day this year to raise awareness of bullying.
Please provide details of the cost to FENZ of the supply, printing and distribution of these shirts.
Regarding the secondment to the CRM position within the Canterbury District as a result of the Tranche 2 restructure process:
- on what date did FENZ first internally consider a secondment to this position?
- on what date did FENZ decide to proceed with seeking an external secondment to the CRM position (Canterbury District)?
- on what date did FENZ first initiate discussions with external organisations regarding secondment to the CRM position within FENZ (Canterbury District)?
- on what date was a decision made to proceed with the secondment of an NZ Police employee to the CRM position?
- on what date was any agreement signed or otherwise endorsed or agreed to, to have an NZ Police employee fill the seconded position?
Please supply all copies of correspondence and other communications, internal and external, concerning the external secondment to the Canterbury CRM position.
Yours faithfully,
A Whittle
