1. The dates of all meetings between the Chief Archivist and the Minister of Internal Affairs between 1 August 2021 and 20 May 2022.
2. A list of all topics discussed in each of those meetings please.
3. Any minutes kept of those meetings between the Minister and the Chief Archivist.

The Department will provide its response to your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days. The 20th working day is Monday, 20th June.

Dear Archives New Zealand Te Rua Mahara o te Kâwanatanga,

I wish to know the dates of all meetings between the Chief Archivist and the Minister of Internal Affairs between 1 August 2021 and 20 May 2022.

In addition I wish to have a list of all topics discussed in each of those meetings please.

Finally I wish to see any minutes kept of those meetings between the Minister and the Chief Archivist.
