Dear Archives New Zealand
I request a single data file (eg, a .csv) of the finalised maturity level assessments (overall maturity and per topic maturity) for all public offices audited since FY2020/21.
The information is currently locked up in the PDF's of the finalised, released audit reports. May I suggest that, in future, Archives NZ pro-actively releases the information as open data, like it does for the annual recordkeepinhg surverys, eg. https://catalogue.data.govt.nz/dataset/s...

Te Rua Mahara o te Kâwanatanga Archives New Zealand will provide its
response to your request as soon as practicable and within twenty working
days. The 20th working day is 19 October 2023.
Please note that in cases where the Department’s response provides
information that is identified to be of general public interest, the
response may also be published on the Department of Internal Affairs
website. If the Department publishes its response to your OIA request, all
personal information, including your name and contact details, will be
removed.

Dear Archives NZ
Please check the the accuracy of the data. After comparing it to the audit reports, I think the data has errors. For example, Maritime NZ and the Health and Disability Commissioner were audited in 2020/21, but are omitted altogether; the Ministry of Māori Development and the New Zealand Customs Service were audited in 2021/22, but are included.
