Thanks for your response and for taking the time to provide the documents
here as well as on the council website.

 

There are still a few of the documents that I think are missing from the
public release. For example, I can't find a copy of "Attachment C: Other
Special Character Scenarios". Please could you provide all the missing
documents or direct me to where I can find them. My apologies if this is
just me being dense.
