Re: Recording of Planning Committee meeting
Thank you for your email dated 20 April 2022, in which you requested information about the
Planning Committee meeting held on 31 March 2022, including the full video recording. The
specific details of your request and our response is below.
Please could you provide me with the full video recording of the Planning Committee
Meeting held on 31 March 2022, including the parts after item 20 when the public was
excluded from the meeting.
Video recordings are only made of the open parts of council committee meetings. We do not
record committee proceedings that take place in the part of the meetings where the public is
excluded. This part of your request is therefore refused under s17(e) of the LGOIMA as the
information requested does not exist.
Please also provide any documents that were provided to councillors whilst the public
was excluded. Please could you also include the full minutes of the Planning Committee
meeting including the minutes for the section of the meeting where the public was
excluded.
Our Plans and Places department have provided the report and minutes, together with the
only other document presented during the closed section of the meeting in the attached.
The report, its attachments, minutes, and minutes attachments of the confidential part of the
31 March Planning Committee meeting are also available online and can be accesse
d here.
