Dear New Zealand Police.
I request the following information in regards to the police car that drove off the road into the runaway on the Transmission Gully motorway, dated 31 March 2021.
Full name and badge number of the police officer driving the vehicle.
Total estimated cost due to the crash - include a breakdown of costs.
Police incident form, investigation and any other internal documents relating to the crash.
Whether the officer is receiving disciplinary misconduct and/or re-training, including any documentation related to either.
