2. Please provide all emails, minutes of meeting, documents and briefings provided to members of the Executive Leadership Team in relation to the decision and implementation of Stats NZ's COVID-19 Controls Policy.

3. Please provide all emails, minutes of meeting, documents and briefings relating to the development of the draft COVID-19 Office risk assessment dated January 2022, and any further risk assessment which has been prepared since.

4. Please advise the current overall COVID-19 vaccination status of Stats NZ staff.

feedback in its original form). This information would still include a
summary of staff feedback, which was provided to ELT.
+ All records of the Executive Leadership Team’s discussions and
decision making relating to the COVID-19 Controls Policy.
+ Advice and briefings provided to the Executive Leadership Team in
relation to the COVID-19 Office risk assessment.
+ Key drafts and all updates of the COVID-19 Office risk assessment,
including any draft versions provided to Stats NZ by any external
providers. 
+ The current overall COVID-19 vaccination status of Stats NZ staff.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible within
