Dear Porirua City Council,

For each of the LGOIMA requests PCC has received from the beginning of
2019 and responded to before 15 November 2021 please provide me with the
following data:
- PCC's file reference number
- date received by PCC
- date responded to by PCC.

I assume that this information can be provided with a simple data base
extraction onto an Excel spreadsheet, and it shouldn't take too long at
all. This would be acceptable.
