Dear Ministry of Transport,

 

In the 2020 general election, the Labour Party promised to start
"developing a rapid transport network for Christchurch". Are there any
updates on this, and can the Ministry supply those? If there are no
updates, can the Ministry supply a general timeframe for when this will
start to develop?
