“I am writing to request a copy of the consultation report on the Draft
Government Policy Statement on land transport 2024, which closed in
September 2023.

 

If there is not an official 'consultation report', I would like:

- a summary of the consultation feedback -any documents referencing how
the consultation was used to finalise the GPS, including minutes of
meetings.”

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and in
any event no later than 20 August 2024 being 20 working days after the day
your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by
then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.

 

The Ministry publishes Official Information Act responses on our website
when there may be wider interest in the information released. This means
the information provided to you might be published after you have received
