Dear Housing New Zealand Corporation,

I am instructing the Housing New Zealand Corporation under the Official Information Act 1982 to release the correct and complete information in regards to the following questions.

1. How many three bedroom Housing New Zealand Corporation properties were available for tenancy with-in the Porirua region between the 1st of February, 2014 and the 31st of May, 2014?

2. How many four bedroom Housing New Zealand Corporation properties were available for tenancy with-in the Porirua region between the 1st of February, 2014 and the 31st of May, 2014?

3. How many five bedroom Housing New Zealand Corporation properties were available for tenancy with-in the Porirua region between the 1st of February, 2014 and the 31st of May, 2014?

4. In the Porirua region how many privately owned properties do the Housing New Zealand Corporation lease? Please provide a breakdown. example... 1 bedroom = 2. 2 bedroom = 4. 3 bedroom = 10 etc...etc...

5. What is the total number of three bedroom properties owned by the Housing New Zealand Corporation in the Porirua region?

6. What is the total number of four bedroom properties owned by the Housing New Zealand Corporation in the Porirua region?

7. What is the total number of five bedroom properties owned by the Housing New Zealand Corporation in the Porirua region?

8. In the Porirua region how many Housing New Zealand Corporation properties have been privately brought since the commencement of selling surplus vacant Housing New Zealand Corporation properties?

9. Does the Housing New Zealand Corporation have a memorandum of understanding with Ngati Toa Rangatira (the Tangata Whenua [People of the Land] of Porirua?)

10. If the Housing New Zealand Corporation does have a memorandum of understanding with Ngati Toa Rangatira,then (A) When was it signed and (B) Could the Housing New Zealand Corporation please furnish a copy of this agreement to any member of Ngati Toa Rangatira upon request?
