or the like about Anthony Giles Bramwell's submission to the Auckland
Unitary Plan Independent Hearings Panel dated 17 December 2015 in

Dear Ms Molineaux

 

Thank you for your request, received 24 October 2018 via the FYI website,
requesting the following information under the Official Information Act
1982 (OIA):

 

‘Please provide any correspondence, emails, memos, notes, draft documents
or the like about Anthony Giles Bramwell's submission to the Auckland
Unitary Plan Independent Hearings Panel dated 17 December 2015 in respect
of the rezoning of Bomb Point, including any records that indicate whether
HLC saw the submission before it was submitted to the Hearings Panel.’

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 21 November 2018, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received by Housing New Zealand in accordance with
section 15(1) of the OIA.

 

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
