Good afternoon Matthew,
My name is Nicole and I’m a LGOIMA Business Partner at Auckland
Transport. I’m responsible for looking into the official information
request you made on 31 May 2021 for information AT hold's about the
incident that occurred on Auckland's Harbour Bridge on Sunday 30 May 2021.
As your request is very broad, it would be difficult to respond without
substantial collation. Would be possible to perhaps provide a time-frame
(ie date to and from) for the information that you require?
At this stage it won’t be possible to meet the time limit of 29 June
2021 and we are therefore letting you know of an extension of the time to
make our decision, to on/before 13 July 2021.
This extension is necessary because consultations within Auckland
Transport, and external consultations with Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency
and NZ Police are necessary to make a decision on your request. Therefore,
a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time
limit.
You are able to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this
extension. Information about how to make a complaint is available
at [1]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards

information requested and can provide it) within 20 working days from the
date a request being received, unless unable to in this timeframe, an

We have provided our decision on 13 July and are working on providing the
