Dear Cody,

 

Further to my email last week I can now advise:

 

Community Parks staff can advise the answer to all three questions is
none.

 

Regional Parks staff have advised that they have no "Litter
Officers/Wardens" as such, but some of the Park Rangers are warranted
under the Litter Act. The team has not issued any fines or prosecutions in
the last 24 months.
