questions.

 

1a) number of active enforcement officers and 1b) their job title(s);

The Commission has not engaged or appointed any enforcement officers under
s 43 of the Walking Access Act 2008

2) number of active honorary enforcement officers (if any);

The Commission has not engaged or appointed any honorary enforcement
officers under s 45 of the Walking Access Act 2008

3) number of fines issued / prosecutions taken in the past 24 months.

The Commission is not aware of any fines being issued, or prosecutions
taken by controlling authorities over walk ways that are administered
under the Walking Access Act 2008.
