I was involved in a traffic incident on my bicycle today wed 31 March 2021 at approx 4.40 pm on customs st near the bus stops close to the intersection of customs st and Gore st. Do you have any footage of this area?

    Good morning Anthony 
 
We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for
On 31/03/2021 you asked for CCTV footage: Customs St on the 31/03/2021 at
 4.40pm.  Unfortunately an incident occurred on the street disabling the
 cameras and we unable to obtain any CCTV footage.  
 
Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Local
 Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the
 footage requested does not exist. 
 
We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
 
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review how we’ve responded to
