    Dear Auckland Transport, I am writing to you today as I was in a car accident with my toddler and infant yesterday at the intersection outside of the Mobil on James street, Glenfield. I am desperately needing CCTV footage from between the times of 3pm and 3:20pm on the 25th of November 2021 so I can move forward with evidence of the accident.

We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for
On 26/11/2021 you asked for CCTV footage for James St and Glenfield Road,
 outside the Mobil station on 25 November between 1500 hours and 1520
 hours.  Unfortunately the camera in the vicinity is positioned in the
 opposite direction to where your incident occurred and no footage was able
 to be obtained. 
Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Local
 Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the
 footage does not exist.  
  
We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
