Kiwi build targets
Adam Irish made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
The request was successful.
From: Adam Irish
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
I wish to request under the Official Information Act the new target number of properties to be build under the Kiwi Build Program.
In 2018, the aim was to build 100,000 homes by 2028 to increase housing affordability in New Zealand. That was then reneged on by Minister Woods when she became the housing Minister. What now is the new target or projections that are being aimed for.
I would also like to request the number of new properties to be build in Auckland and Wellington over the next 5 years.
Yours faithfully,
Adam Irish
