Dear Auckland Council,

I note that the new CEO Stephen Town is listed as a member of the committee for Auckland please provide all documents which support the appointment of Mr Town Ceo to the committee for Auckland and advise who pays the membership fees for the membership to a private committee.

Is the appointment sanctioned by the governing body if so please provide details of the meeting in which this was discussed and approve.

Also is the CEO a member in his own capacity or as a representative of the council and what obligations does he have to the council with regards to this membership e.g. when and how does he report back to the governing body a
