Dear Auckland Council,
I was at a meet the candidates evening last night where Cathy Casey said that the town hall cleaners who get $14 per hour are employed by spotless cleaners.
I note that spotless cleaners , an Australian company is a member of the NZ council for infrastructure, the body which lobbied for the supercity .
By way of LGOIMA please advise how many of the members of the committee for Auckland and the New Zealand council for infrastructure hold contracts with council .
also specifically with regards to Spotless cleaners , how many cleaners employed by Spotless clean council buildings and cco's , Does council employ its own cleaners at all. How many companies are involved in the cleaning contract and how much does council pay for cleaning per annum.
