what was the relationship of AWINZ and waitakere city

Dear Auckland Council,

I refer to the document archived on the internet at http://web.archive.org/web/2010052213151... it is dated 24 April 2002 and shows on page 15

"The Animal Welfare Institute of New Zealand has been Gazetted as an approved organisation
by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and all animal welfare officers of Waitakere City
and those of North Shore Animal Care and Control, which is a service provided by Waitakere
City, have now been appointed inspectors under the Animal Welfare Act 1999.
Mayor Bob Harvey was delighted to be able to present the letters to appointment to the
following Waitakere City and North Shore City Officers:"

by way of LGOIMA Please provide
1.copies of the documents which set out the background to this presentation e.g. requests for the presentation and any discussion with regards to the council making this official presentation .

2. documents showing public consultation and the consideration of council officers with regards to the appointment and training of their dog control officers as Animal welfare officers.

3. documents which shows the relationship of Animal Welfare Institute of New Zealand (AWINZ) to council as at the date of this presentation .

On the archived web site http://web.archive.org/web/2010052513362... being the web site previously controlled by AWINZ there is a link which opens with the above referred to document . Please provide any documents which show that Waitakere city council officially recognised AWINZ in addition to this presentation.
You will note that the logo on this site is substantially the same as the logo on the gats at the concourse Pease provide all communications between the council and AEWINZ with regards to the logo and their requirement to change the logo in 2006-7
